See Mt. Pleasant services →Maury County sits at the transition between the Central Basin and the Highland Rim, with the Duck River winding through the middle. That geography drives almost every septic question down here. Bottomland clay along the river drains slowly and stresses drain fields. The limestone ridges around Columbia, Mt. Pleasant, and out toward Hampshire have thinner soil cover that limits how deep a system can go. The rolling phosphate-rich country in the south generally drains well but can hide bedrock close to the surface.
The other Maury County reality is growth. GM's Spring Hill plant expansion has pushed new subdivisions south, and a lot of those homes are on septic until municipal sewer extends out. That means a wave of 5-to-10-year-old systems coming due for their first real maintenance — pumps, inspections, and the occasional drain field follow-up.
We pull permits through TDEC and coordinate with the Maury County Health Department for installation and repair work. Every system gets sized for the actual home, soil, and slope — not a generic template.
Columbia's downtown square and Mt. Pleasant's Main Street district — older systems, tight lots, careful access.
Newer subdivisions on the Maury side of Spring Hill — modern tanks, modern access.
Culleoka, Hampshire, Santa Fe, Williamsport — country acreage, well-and-septic combos, larger systems.

Beyond Columbia, Spring Hill, and Mt. Pleasant, Maury County has a network of smaller communities where almost every home runs on septic. We cover all of them.
Culleoka. Quiet, rural, and almost entirely on septic. Homes here tend to sit on larger lots with older systems — many never inspected since installation. First visits usually start with locating and measuring.
Hampshire. South of Columbia in the phosphate country. Rolling terrain, limestone close to the surface, and well-and-septic combinations on most properties. Drain field design here pays close attention to slope and soil depth.
Santa Fe. Northwest Maury County on the way toward Hickman County. Rural acreage, older systems, and a fair number of homes that haven't been pumped in over a decade. We catch things before they become emergencies.
Williamsport. Along the Duck River west of Columbia. Bottomland clay soils on some properties and ridge-top systems on others — same town, very different drain field outcomes.
Bigbyville, Theta, Glendale, Cross Bridges, Iron Bridge, Sandy Hook. Crossroads communities and rural pockets scattered throughout the county. If you're on a county road and on septic, we cover you.
Yes — Columbia, Spring Hill, Mt. Pleasant, Culleoka, Hampshire, Santa Fe, Williamsport, and the smaller crossroads communities and unincorporated areas in between.
We've served Williamson County since the start, and Maury County is the natural extension south. The two counties share the same Highland Rim and Central Basin soils, the same growth pressure on the Spring Hill corridor, and a lot of the same septic challenges. Our crews already work the Spring Hill area on both sides of the county line, and we're now extending coverage to all of Maury.
Most Maury County residential septic pumps fall in the typical Middle Tennessee range. Final pricing depends on tank size, access conditions, and whether risers or any minor repairs are needed. We provide a clear written quote before any work begins.

Yes. Spring Hill straddles the Williamson and Maury County line, so we keep one Spring Hill page that covers both sides — Wades Grove, Spring Hill Place, the older Main Street area, and the new subdivisions south into Maury.
